Love Our Records presents the second single from Noisik.
Noisik is a key member of the Wizard Sleeve Collective who regularly run parties with their Sound System and release great compilations. This cut is exclusively dropping on Lor and is another hazy shimmering joyfully-bright, fun packed beat reminiscent of Gold Panda and made for Ninja Tune heads.

New Release - Seabright #Lor
Welcome to the totally tropical sound of Seabright.
After a tip off at lor’s headquarters we have been knee deep in Seabright’s swanky synths and skittering, solid beats. As they swirl and chime, far off guitars and bitter-sweet vocal stylings sigh and stutter, creating a contemporary sound that feels like fond regrets, recalled in the pleasant warmth of the California sun.
This is a real gem from his collection , he is now on is third album after self releasing them all from his San Jose residence. <3
Seabright’s albums can be purchased from here -> seabright.bandcamp.com

Love Our Records presents Bitmap’s Robots Of The World, Unite!…
That kettle in the corner, the vacuum cleaner in the cupboard. The tv remote laying there so innocently. Think of them as a shrew would be to a human. Evolution happens quickly in an electronic world, and as sure as the shrew would one day become a thinking, reasoning ape, the electronics and simple machines of today will follow their own evolutionary path. They will follow it to the logical conclusion and we will become the shrew.
A rallying call to our inevitable mechanical overlords, Robots Of The World, Unite! is a song from British lo-fi scientist, Bitmap.
This track is from ‘Black Arts In The Town Hall’ ep which can be bought for a pound on cd! recordmountain.bandcamp.com/album/black…e-town-hall

New Release - Mykie B
Love Our Records presents Mykie B’s Jewish Mel Gibson. We have been playing this out in the clubs for a few mounths now and can safely say this is a big if not MASSIVE TUNE!
Every time it is dropped it drives people into a dancing frenzy!! We discovered Mykie B and we were shocked at how his sound of electronica and trap was not already reaching the masses on a monumental level. At only 16 , remixing for LOR between homework and hailing from Brooklyn , we are pretty damn sure Mykie has a very bright future ahead of him!
He also really loves pancakes and Hot Pockets. Not together though that would be weird. <3

New Release - Direct from Spain
We regularly recieve demos from all around the world and this is how we found HUIAS or they found us rather. HUIAS make exceptional music that sounds tip-top tasty on all set ups direct from Spain to your speakers.
This is an exclusive version of Caballo Ocaso that is stripped down to her lovely lush vocals and his synthesiser that rips and rises through the sonic sphere like a cat out of hell.
We are currently working on their next release with remixes from a man called Mark Bliss who is one half of Baby Mammoth and also on remix duties is our Human Machine.
But for now enjoy Caballo Ocaso <3

New Artist to LOR - Seabright
We promise to tell you about all our exciting news as and when it happens, so lets go 2013! We recently have been a taken on a lovely jorney of sound by a man called Seabright from the USA. His dreamy soundscapes remind us of hazy days listening to the Avalanches to MGMT and Dangermouse beats.
He has been steadily knocking up beats and sounds for some time and regularly appears on Kingstown Pork’s Mixtapes.
So we got in touch and we can confirm, he will be joining our family of honest music providers to deliver some greatness in the near future with Love Our Records.
Good start to the year!
If thats not enough , check out his 3rd album over here http://seabright.bandcamp.com/album/children-of-the-sun

‘Too Future?’

Beginning in the Summer of 2012 with his Low End Theory guest spots, DJ Shadow’s “All Basses Covered” set has morphed and evolved to incorporate as many different contemporary genres of urban and electronic music as possible. From hardcore rap to footwork and juke and beyond, Shadow has combed the web to curate seamless and dexterous blends of the most progressive sounds bubbling up from the underground. ‘Too hard?’ ‘Too future?’ Or just too raw? As always, DJ Shadow has provoked crucial flashpoints of discussion about the discipline of DJ’ing that have defined our turbulent times. -DJShadow.com Team -
